Shipping
Orders are processed after the pre-order window closes, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an update with either pickup details or shipping information.
We currently offer:
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at Inspire Culture. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Flat Rate Shipping
Shipping is available within Canada for a flat rate shown at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Inspire Culture is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.
Pre-Orders
Most Inspire Culture merch drops are limited-edition pre-orders. This means items are produced after the order window closes.
Estimated delivery or pickup timelines may vary depending on production, supplier timelines, and shipping delays.
Returns & Exchanges
All merch sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error with your order.
Because our drops are limited edition and produced in small batches, we cannot guarantee exchanges for different sizes or colours.
Please double-check your size, colour, and order details before checking out.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution.
