Your membership gives you access to our facility, supportive community, and professional coaching environment. Membership options may also include personal training, nutrition coaching, and specialized programs depending on the plan you choose.

Absolutely. We encourage prospective members to visit the gym, meet our team, and see if Inspire Culture is the right fit.

Bring clean indoor shoes, comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude, we'll take care of the rest.

Yes. We offer one-on-one personal training, partner training, and online coaching. Every program is customized to your goals and experience level.

Members with coaching sessions or consultations should book in advance. General gym access follows your membership agreement.

Yes. Free parking is available for all members and visitors.

Most Inspire Culture apparel is released as limited-edition pre-orders. Once the ordering window closes, production begins. This allows us to create unique collections without carrying excess inventory.

In most cases, no. Once a collection is gone, it's gone. Some products may return in future collections, but we cannot guarantee restocks.

Production timelines vary depending on the collection. Estimated shipping or pickup dates will be provided during each merch drop.

Yes. Local pickup is available at Inspire Culture. You'll receive an email when your order is ready.

Yes. We currently ship across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated or displayed during checkout.

If production has not started, we'll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
