Colton Churchill
Colton graduated from Fitness and Health Promotion at Fanshawe College in 2024. His path into fitness started through professional wrestling, where he first discovered confidence, discipline, and the power of physical training.
After the pandemic paused his time in the ring, Colton committed to garage-gym training with friends, leading to a 35-pound transformation and a deeper passion for strength, nutrition, and coaching. Now a full-time trainer and active professional wrestler, Colton helps clients build confidence from the ground up through practical coaching, consistency, and hard work.

Emily Delaney
Emily graduated from Fitness and Health Promotion at Fanshawe College in 2024 and found fitness through her own mental health journey. What began as a coping tool became a career built around movement, confidence, and helping others feel stronger in both body and mind.
As General Manager and CSEP-CPT, Emily brings leadership, empathy, and evidence-based coaching to the Inspire Culture community. She creates a supportive environment where clients feel understood, challenged, and capable of reaching their goals.

Shane Kerslake
Shane graduated from Fitness and Health Promotion at Fanshawe College in 2024. A Powerlifting and Strength Coach, competitive bodybuilder, and experienced trainer, Shane specializes in strength development, structured progression, endurance sports nutrition, and Olympic weightlifting.
He works with powerlifting athletes, lifestyle clients, hockey teams, and online coaching clients. Shane’s coaching is built around discipline, sustainable habits, and smart programming that helps clients build confidence, perform better, and achieve long-term results.

Matt Moniz
Matt graduated from Fitness and Health Promotion at Fanshawe College in 2026 and brings a strong passion for training, bodybuilding, and long-term progress. His own journey started with building strength and improving his physique, eventually growing into a deeper appreciation for discipline, structure, and sustainable results.
After overcoming several major injuries, Matt developed a coaching style focused on proper technique, recovery, and training that lasts. He works with clients of all levels, helping them move safely, build confidence, and make steady progress.
